chances are you take your personal and professional self-development seriously. You understand the need for work/life balance and want to learn how to support yourself or your team with the ever-growing strain of stress and burnout.

 

I know how you feel. I know the push and pull of feeling like you should be working more to achieve more whilst recognising that you need a better way to manage your stress and burnout. This combined with thoughts around, where do I even start with this? How do I create a lasting solution that is right for me and that I will actually stick to? How do I slow down without feeling like I've failed or let myself down?

While there are countless articles out there on how to "beat burnout" and "cure stress", there is no one-size-fits-all solution that works for everyone. That's where coaching comes in. KP coaching was created to support and guide individuals and teams with their stress and burnout solutions. As a professional coach and trainer, I help my clients change how they view, react and manage their stress. In turn, this helps to support and improve their overall health and happiness.

Why coaching?

Coaching as a practice helps individuals to develop themselves and reach their full potential. Through coaching, you can find solutions, develop skills and change your habits, attitudes and behaviours.

 

The whole aim of coaching is to close the gap between people's potential and their current state. Stress management and burnout coaching is a life-changing process that supports you to achieve some of your biggest goals whilst challenging and overcoming the barriers put in place by stress and burnout.

Why work me as your coach?

My style of coaching is a blend between mentorship and coaching. I will share my knowledge, training and experience of stress management and burnout, whilst also supporting you to achieve your ambitions and goals through coaching.

 

As a coach, one of my greatest strengths and what I take pride in the most is getting to know my clients. One of my key values for my coaching practice is to build and maintain strong coaching relations. I recognise that building a good coaching relationship requires trust, confidentiality, transparency, and accountability.

 

By investing in coaching, you are taking proactive steps to improve the quality of your life in the here and now and into the future. In turn, by getting to know you as an individual and team, I can design and develop bespoke services and solutions suited to your unique stress and burnout needs.

What is your coaching app?

For my 1-1 coaching clients, you have access to my coaching app. This has been designed to quite literally take the stress out of the coaching process. From this central platform, you can add notes, communicate with me directly using the chat function, carry out activities, sign documents, receive and review tasks.
