1-1 Coaching

The Burnout Bounce Back Programme Overview

(3 MONTHS)
 

The three-month programme aims to introduce you to key aspects of stress management and burnout prevention and recovery.

 

The programme focuses on getting your stress and burnout levels back to a manageable level so you can get back to your version of a happy and balanced life. 

1-1 Coaching

The Burnout Bounce Back Programme

In the 3-month programme, we will work collaboratively over 10 sessions to raise your awareness of habits and behaviours that contribute to your stress and burnout.

 

We will develop an individualised toolkit that documents solutions suited to your preferences and overall lifestyle.

Work with me for 3 months and in this time, you will receive:

10 Weekly 1 hour 1-1 Sessions

Virtual video calls

(with some flexibility for face-to-face sessions depending on preference, please note this is a premium service and can be arranged prior to starting the programme)

Exclusive Coaching app

you will be invited to use my coaching app from here you can use the chat function to contact me, receive and carry out activities, view coaching documents and make private session notes. (6-month access following programme completion)

A personalised toolkit

that has been designed and created as a result of your feedback and session outputs.

Re-useable coaching templates and resources

i.e long term goal setting template, urgent and important matrix, beliefs audit etc.

Stress Solution Progamme

Stress Solution Programme Overview
(6 MONTHS)

It takes time to see real, lasting change; with the 6-month programme, you are giving yourself the best opportunity to identify, assess and change aspects of your life that contribute to your stress and burnout.

 

The programme's main aim is to focus on sustainability whilst striving to achieve high performance without compromise. 

The Stress Solution Programme

Despite the commitment to long-term change, I know we all like seeing results quickly. So in this programme, we aim to get you some immediate relief from stress and burnout whilst building your long-term resilience.

 

Through the weekly sessions, we will deep dive into aspects of stress management and burnout prevention, choosing solutions that are designed to suit your lifestyle.

Work with me for 6 months and in this time, you will receive:

22 Weekly 1 hour 1-1 Sessions

Virtual video calls

(with some flexibility for face-to-face sessions depending on preference, please note this is a premium service and can be arranged prior to starting the programme)

Corporate and Team Coaching

Having worked within a corporate environment for many years, I have a particular interest and passion for working with busy, high-achieving individuals and teams. I understand the unique pressure that can come from working within a corporate environment.

 

For example, busy project periods, end-of-year performance reviews, upskilling team members, upskilling yourself, managing client deliverables, additional 'above and beyond' activities, bid work etc. In addition to this, my previous role as a Technology Change Manager allowed me to work with and train hundreds of client teams to adapt to transformative technical and behavioural change.

 

This experience has provided direct support when developing and delivering my corporate and team coaching programmes.

Based on my previous experience, I am a big believer that every employee should have the opportunity to experience coaching. Specifically coaching that gives employees the tools, knowledge and know-how to better manage their stress and prevent long-term burnout. 

Each business has different cultures, structures and objectives. For this reason, I do not provide standardised stress management and burnout programmes. First, I like to understand your business requirements, and from there I can develop a coaching experience that best suits your employees' needs.
